PRENATALS??

I’ve been taking prenatals way before I got pregnant right. But recently been taking em to only feel Nauseous.. anyone else? What do I dooo?

Try taking them before bed, can’t feel nauseous if you’re sleeping 🤷🏻‍♀️
Or just make sure you aren’t taking them on an empty stomach.

I'm currently taking the safeway brand but I'm about to switch. I take mine before bed because my Doc said they have so many vitamins in them that its strong and hard on the tummy.
Here is what I'm swapping to. Amazon has these, Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw Prenatal. I watched a YouTube video by Alexandrea Garza and she said these helped with her morning sickness.

Try the smarty pants prenatals at least until you can tolerate your brand. They are gummy’s and iron-free, so they’re very gentle on your stomach. I can take them first thing in the morning before eating with no issues.
