I’m 29 weeks pregnant and I’ve been getting really painful cramps in the bottom of my stomach and back, they come every 3/5 minutes lasting about 60-90 seconds and do this for about 4/5 hours then don’t come back until the night after? It’s happened every night for the past week and when I told my midwife about it she just shrugged? Has anybody had this or anything similar or is it just Braxton Hicks and can Braxton Hicks be painful to a point I’m doubled over? Any advice would be greatly appreciated x
