Doesnt play alone?

Just curious do your little ones play by themselves a lot? Like pretend, make believe, etc...my daughter RARELY does. She always wants us to play even if we show her how to pretend. We love to play & spend time with her, but it would be nice to be able to do dishes before 11pm once in a while! Any tips or advice would be appreciated

My son has only started this recently. He usually demands to be watched while he plays solo which is SO ANNOYING. Like I can’t interact with him but I can’t leave his side or do anything but watch, either. 
Being in school has helped him learn independent play though.

It's pretty recent that she's gotten into solo play. She still likes to play together and climb all over me but now there are times where she's content doing make believe and it's nice to get a little break.

Mine does but I’ve always encouraged her to play solo. We play some but other times I cant because I need to get stuff done so I tell her that I can’t because of xxx right now and then suggest something she can do solo
