I need answers you guys !

I miscarried at 5 weeks on the 1st of October. I know some times it can take weeks to get your cycle back, but I still haven’t gotten mine and my boobs are so sore and tender really bad I can’t even touch them like it was when I found out I was pregnant, I just want to know if I can still get pregnant a after I had a miscarriage and haven’t had a cycle yet?

I wanna get pregnant again, but I’m just scared....
