Child not in carseat
While sitting at a light today my SO says "look at this". I look over to see a couple. The one in the passenger seat is holding a baby. Looks to be about 4-6 months old. No car seat obviously. Not only is this obviously against the law its 100% unsafe! That got us talking about what the appropriate thing to do is. I said i should call the cops and report it maybe? My SO basically said it wasnt our business. I guess im just curious what others would do?
