Pelvic stretching? Help!
37 weeks today and I’m 1 cm dilated and his head is on my pelvis but my dr said my pelvis is tight. She said everything needs to align in order to deliver vaginally. FTM here and I dread a c section so what are some stretches or something I can do to help my pelvis not be as tight. Currently taking evening primrose oil, eating lots of pineapples and doing squats.
