Finally, after almost 3 years of TTC, fertility testing, unhelpful doctors and finally getting a good urologist... we have our answer! Hubby has low motility, extremely low sex drive but high numbers. Our first urologist literally told us there was nothing he could do for us. A year of being discouraged and now trying at all.. we finally went to a new doctor. Diagnosed Low T, which is in part causing the low motility. Immediately starting Clomid, trying ourselves for the three month cycle needed for his sperm, then another semen analysis.
