Does anyone have any lower back pain still? I have already seen my Dr and I have an appt with a physical therapist in a couple days. I have had lower back pain right above my hip on one side since I noticed it after labor. The first month I didn't really notice anything due to sleeplessness and pain, I had so many freaking stitches down there ( inside and out, it was a rough delivery.) Just wondering if any other mommas have it. It's worse at night and first thing in the morning but not bad enough to take anything except advil occasionally. most stuff I have found on Google suggests it goes away after a few months and it has been 10+ months.
