With labor did anyone have a lot of diarrhea and throwing up??

I’m 37 weeks and I can’t eat or drink nothin without it coming back up or well out. I go tomorrow for an exam and I’ll say something then but good lord I just wanna eat food again 😩. Is this a sign that labor could be coming?

I haven’t been in labor yet myself. But, my mom told me with my older brother that was her first sign that labor was on the way. Good luck!

I’ve heard it can be but I don’t think it always does. Been in early labor for about two weeks but was having all this stuff the passed month almost!
