HELP?! Have you experienced nausea while intimate?

My background: I am a 22 year old female who is engaged to a 24 year old male.

I’ve experienced this nausea or literally having to vomit (either running like hell to the bathroom or I have actually gotten sick on my parter but thankfully he is so understanding of navigating this) but it happens regardless of partner, and it can be any level of sexual intimacy(grinding to oral or intercourses)

When I first started seeing my fiancée nausea pills were the only way I was able to lose my virginity. It comes and goes I just have to ensure I only have sex on an empty stomach now and we seem to be okay most of the time but I’m just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this and what did you do? I don’t know what to make of this and I’d hate for this to be a feeling forever
