Right-sided headache

I’m currently 23 weeks, and today suddenly I got a moderate-severe headache. It started off in the back of my head and now it’s only concentrated on right side of my head.

I don’t have a history of headaches and I’ve never had a migraine. I’m not sure if this is one or just a tension headache.

I measured my BP at home and it was normal.

Anyone have this type of headache at this point in pregnancy? (I know I’m beginning it’s expected because of new hormones, but this late into 2nd tri is this normal?)
