Letrozole and False Positive Test?!

Question

I took my second round of letrozole this month along with having my HSG done. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it said pregnant. I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms and af is set to arrive around friday... thoughts on a false positive test? When I got pregnant with my daughter I had horrible morning sickness and was exhausted all the time... help!

I took letrozole last month and got a false positive on a digital. Kind of crushing so i hope yours is a true positive.
