Tingly feeling

I am 39 weeks pregnant and starting two days ago every time I pee there’s this deep tingly/ pins and needles type feeling in my vagina and deep in my belly. It’s extremely uncomfortable and I brought it up to my doctor yesterday and he has no clue what it could be but doesn’t think it’s a uti since it’s not a burning feeling. It’s more like a nerve feeling I don’t know how much better I can explain it. Does anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?
