I started very strong, my milk came at 4 days, I was engorged initially. After resolving that I was getting 2oz just from letdown using hakka on the other breast.

As if two days ago suddenly my breasts are not very full. Today I pumped 4-5 hours after last feeding and after 20 min of pumping got 4.5oz from both breasts. In the end nothing was coming out of my breasts at all.

What happened?? Could it be my diet? Baby has been eating for longer poor thing, I think he hasn’t been getting enough. Has been nursing maybe 1hr at each feeding and we keep having to wake him up in the middle ..

Has this ever happened to anyone? What do I do? Only diet change was I stopped lactose/milk, thinking maybe it’s causing gas in baby.
