Is creamy milky discharge a sign of early pregnancy ?

Almost 2 weeks ago I started spotting for 3 days light pink and only when I wipe, my boobs are hurting but that’s about it but today I when to check my mucas for my log and Iv never had so much creamy white stuff come out before ? Help I’m so confused

You’ll have many that say CM has nothing to do with it; but I can say for me personally, I had creamy CM all the way into my “period days” - so  I didn’t test early, I waited until late night of 16dpo (our 4th wedding anniversary being 17dpo 😉 had to know for when my husband came home from work that night)  and it was an instant strong positive!!
    I’m now 21 weeks! ☀️

It was my first symptom. I'm always dry between ovulation and AF and woke up on 7 and 8dpo with lots of creamy discharge. I think got my BFP at 9dpo. People say it's not a sign of pregnancy but everyone is different x
