who do I contact out of hours if I’m having abdominal pain if I haven’t had my booking appointment or my notes yet, currently about 8/9 weeks pregnant, any help welcome!

Are you in the UK? If so options I would go for are:
111 who will be able to give you advice and possibly an appointment
Call docs surgery which usually has an out of hours number
See if your EPAU has an out of hours number (you can self refer to a lot of them now)
If no joy from those, A and E.
