Is it possible to have sex and forget it but remember everything else that happened that night/day? ( I was drinking)

I’m really stressing but all my friends said I’d know if I had, I didn’t feel sore down there the next day

I’m still a virgin so I don’t know how sex feels so this is why I’m confused
