Too early to start stockpile?

I'm just 8 weeks, I know it's early. I had my first ultrasound the other day and so far everything looks perfect. I want to be able to purchase little things for a stockpile before having to depend on my husband's income that way some things will be taken care of.  When did you start to buy things? Is it too early even for wipes and things of that nature?

I bought things even before I was pregnant! you can always buy gender neutral things and a few different diaper brands of various sizes. also that way you can selectively shop the sales and not have to buy things at full price when you need them :)

It never hurts to stock up on Diapers and wipes different kinds just in case your baby is sensitive. Also onesies my daughter ruined sooo many so I went through those fasttt lol & socks I was always buying sock because my dryer would eat them 😂

I’ll be 10 weeks Thursday and we have started to get a package of diapers and wipes every time we go to the store! It will definitely help out once baby is actually here. I plan on breastfeeding so I’m not going to stockpile formula.

There's no stockpile police. If you feel like stockpiling then go ahead. 🤷‍♀️
My family is very superstitious about buying anything before the 3rd trimester. My mom freaked out when my job threw me a shower at 24 weeks. So we saved money instead. And because we didnt reveal the gender until the baby shower, most people got us the essentials like diapers and wipes. Ended up not having to buy much.

I started when we first decided to try for baby 3. Not that I'm pregnant I made a list of things to buy each month that fits in our budget along with anything else I find on sale. I've got a bassinet, dresser, bottles, clothes, wipes, and diapers so far

I’m not pregnant but we’re trying for 17months for our first. I’m buying small things like wipes, bottles, cute clothes every month. Last month I found good discount on breast products and I bought breast pads, milk bags and nipple cream.

Mybe save the money instead of stock piling ? 
You don’t no what nappies etc will suit your baby. 
Iv purchased 3 different brands and will see which suits baby best there easily bought and at least you will have money set aside.

I started at 12 weeks , just some advice do not stock up on formula if u plan to formula feed . I couldn’t produce enough breastmilk and it took me 2.5 months to find he had a milk protein allergy and could only be on soy milk! :) . 
But anything else go for it ! I got gender neutral clothing on and off until I found out the sex / diaper creams / shampoos etc / crib all that good stuff !❤️

Now that we’re 20 weeks we’re gonna grab diapers and in January start with formula.  Thank goodness we’re having another boy so we’re set on clothes.  I’d wait until 12 weeks just because I always jinx myself.
