I need help!?

Ever since I had sex 2 weekends ago I’ve been having bad cramps and the last few days I’ve been spotting but I’m not suppose to get my period for another four days. I’m not sure what it is. I took a test last Friday it came back negative but I’m not sure if it was to early to know. What are these signs saying? Could I be pregnant and that was a false test?
