One Sided Contractions?

Hi mommas! FTM here at 40 weeks 2 days.
Hubby and I are out for a walk and I am feeling INTENSE pain on just my left side. It hurts so bad I have to keep stopping.
Is it possible to have contraction pain on just one side? Or is this something else?

I had something like that today at gym while on elliptical..so i think its just streching really...once i took a mini break it went away..

My contractions were like a sharp stabbing in my lower pelvis then as it progressed it went in my back and hips

If it gets worse while walking its round ligament pain. I got that the longer i walked the sharper it pulled
