Morning Sickness?
So far, I’ve gone through the phase where I ate everything in sight. Especially cheese.
I’ve had one day with what I assume was actually, full blown morning sickness. (Smells, everything making me extremely nauseous)
And since then, I’ve just generally felt like crap.
The last few days, though, I’ve had fewer cravings. But I can only stomach eating something that I am craving. And when I do that, I eat a little too much and feel nauseous and like I can’t move. It’s like having a food baby and a real baby. 😂😩
Any tips on how to keep eating when it’s like this? Anyone else experience this?
