Uterus position

I am 6w6d and had a transvaginal ultrasound today, and saw my sweet peas heart beat. Everything looked good but at one point , the ultrasound tech was saying how my uterus is slanted/tilted back but that eventually it would come forward... has anyone ever heard of this before? Caused the TV ultrasound to be a little painful as she had to angle dramatically to get the view she needed..
