For the past idk week maybe when I wipe after I pee there is a stretchy glob on my toilet paper. This has happened like 3 times now. It was clear with a yellow tint and v stretchy... it almost resembled snot. But when I check w my finger nothing else likes that comes out, just normal white creamy discharge. I also am kinda bloated and have little cramps.

Nothing burns or itches and it doesn’t smell bad.

I just stopped birth control, am not sexually active, and do not have any STD’s. I’m also 99% sure I’m not pregnant.

Is this normal ? What does it mean ? Do I need to go to the gyno ?
