Any mommas walking around 4 cm dilated without labor?

If you’ve had your baby or are still waiting I would love to know. I’m 4 cm and 70% effaced. Baby is way down there. My doctor says I could go at anytime. This is my second pregnancy. I’m curious how fast things are going to go once they start. 
Any moms experience something similar? How did labor go the second time? 
Feeling like as soon as these contractions are regular, I better get my butt to labor and delivery....

4cm and 80%. No signs. I’m so sore!!!! I was checked last Thursday, so no clue where I’m at now, but I’d love to have her...I’ll be 39 tomorrow. My first went at 40+1, but was 11 lbs, so I’d like this one to come as early as possible...

Yes, me! I've been 4cm for the last 4 days!! My vajayjay is so sore today!! And I've been having cramps and back aches for weeks now. And... Nothing. When is this baby coming?!!! Ugh!

I was 4cm and 60 % effaced for more than a week. up until the doctor on call got nervous about it at my nst and made me walk for an hour, which brought me to a 6 with a bulging bag. So if you're walking to speed it along, walk! But, also yes it went quick after that, I insisted on laying quietly until my husband got there, I believe it took me 3 hours to go from 6 to 8, and then they broke my water, was pushing half an hour later, and had her another half an hour later. He had said he was afraid I'd go into labor alone and have her at home because I wasnt being dramatic about my contraction pain... so yes if you start feeling like its time, dont hesitate, just go in!

Me!! I’ve been 4cm, 70% effaced for exactly 7 days now, if nothing has changed between my last check and now which was only 4 days ago. Contractions have disappeared for me completely so I’m assuming nothings changed. I also lsot my bloody show between going to  3 and 4 cm. Still no baby lol
