Feeling like 💩

Hey all! I believe I am about 7 weeks....

So my son (1) was sick over over the weekend, coughing, mucusy, throwing up and he just started feeling better yesterday and of course yesterday is when I started feeling like crap. I haven’t actually puked but I feel consistently like I’m going to and just feel achey literally all over. This is my second day calling into work and i hate it, but I really don’t feel well. I just don’t know if it’s due to whatever my son had, or pregnancy. 😕 I tried taking him to the doctors but they told me not to take him in because there’s not much they can do for throwing up
