Induction tricks?

Okay my plan is to have no epidural when I have my little boy. I dont wanna push labor induction medically because it can intensify the pain and I already know its not gunna be a walk in the park so I dont wanna increase the pain lol SO at what week did y'all start trying to naturally induce labor with bouncing balls, etc.?

Yoga balls you can start at any time during pregnancy unless on bedrest. Primrose oil you can start at 35 weeks, red raspberry leaf tea at any time, nipple stimulation at 36/37 weeks, walking can start at anytime. Most just help position the baby but always ask your doctor to okay it first.

Honestly, not until 39 weeks did I start actively trying. Walking, bouncing on a ball, etc. Is all still good stuff to do leasing up to that.

I started walking about 36 to 37 weeks I would go for a walk everyday and then my doctor swept my membranes at 38 weeks 3 days and I went into labor on my own at 39 weeks this was my second baby though first baby I was induced because I went over 40 weeks
