Has anyone had this problem? This is my first cycle using Femara, and I am now on CD26 and no sign of ovulation at all. OPKs all have low readings and my BBT has stayed constant, no rises or dips. When I saw my doctor a week ago, he said my only follicle was 11 mm which is why he decided he won’t trigger this month, so I figured I would’ve ovulated on my own by now, but nothing. Ovulating had never seemed to be an issues for me even prior to surgery (I have endometriosis) I am very stressed out and worried. I usually get my period by like CD28. The only time I have ever had a cycle this long was while I was on birth control after my surgery.

I am going to my doctor’s office this morning to have some blood work done (we are changing protocol for next cycle since I responded so poorly to Femara), so I will notify them that I am worried about the extremely delayed ovulation. But is this a common thing? I just want to move on to next cycle, and so this feels like a cruel joke.
