Today I am 5 weeks 6 days, I woke up this morning and went to the bathroom when I wiped there was brown spotting on the toilet paper and it really startled me. It looks like the blood at the very end of your period, when it’s a brownish color. There is not enough to drip, just enough to sort of get on the toilet paper. This morning is the first time I have woken up nauseous. I know this is a common symptom and could be left over implantation bleeding, but I am traveling 3 hours away today to go to an Ed Sheeran concert. I haven’t told my friends I’m pregnant yet. I was planning on doing it tonight but now I’m terrified something may be wrong and I’m not going to be with my husband. What should I do/think?! I haven’t been to my first prenatal visit yet. They won’t see me until the 28th
