the last few years, i’ve experienced HORRIBLE period pain. like debilitating, curled up in a ball for a few days kind of pain. it makes me feel like i’m going to pass out or vomit, although neither one of those have happened. i’ve been to the doctor multiple times, and they’ve confirmed i do have a cyst on my ovary, but i’m not sure if that’s the source of the pain. the doctor said it’s not too bad and she can either put me on BC (i’m trying to conceive so no) or do surgery or do nothing.

i’ve only been trying to conceive for 3 months now. i’m an otherwise healthy 23 year old woman who eats VERY healthy (it’s a passion of mine), exercises regularly and is in good shape. no medications, no underlying conditions that i know of.

i’ve never gotten a positive OPK before, even after 3 months... my periods are pretty regular, 28-32 days every time.

this month i have been checking my CM religiously, no EWCM.

any reason that you suspect i’m not getting a positive test? has anyone on here gotten pregnant without a positive test? or do you think i’m maybe just not ovulating?

sorry if this seems dramatic at all. i know 3 months isn’t long, but being a mom has been my dream from childhood and it’s scary to think something could take that away from me (as most of you ladies on here know)
