Refusing to nurse while cluster feeding

So my baby nurses fine during the day but once she hits cluster feeding (almost every evening from maybe 4-8:30) she just refuses to nurse and we have to give her a bottle (still breast milk) and then over night she tends to do have a hard time nursing so we’ll give her a bottle then too, but then is totally fine during the day. It’s getting a bit frustrating and I’m getting to the point I don’t even want to try during those times anymore. I wonder if she drains it at the beginning of cluster feeding and then isn’t getting much at all the rest of the time so she needs the bottle? Idk it’s just getting old
