Lower abdomen cramps 😫😫

Hey guys. My husband and I are TTC this month for the first time and everything is very new to me. I got off the pill last month and read both sides that I’m either very fertile this month, or it could take a couple months.

Regardless, I got positive ovulation tests and did a whole lot of baby dancing around that time. My tests are back to negative for that so I’m hoping I ovulated. If I did, I should be on my 4th day past ovulation or however you say it lol

My question here is about the cramps. I’ve had lower abdomen Intermittent cramps on on off since ovulation. No bleeding or spotting. Period not due till around the 17th. Has anyone had this before? Any help would be great! Helppppp!!!!!
