ideally you should have sex every other day when not on your period. however, every other day leading up to your peak OPK, on your Peak OPK and the day after is the most ideal. the bare minimum would be day of peak OPK and the day after. baby dust to you hun!!!

We did both peaks and day after but AF came so this month I plan on doing 2 high days before OVU and peak

I would bd the peak days and day after. We are trying not to bd the high days this cycle to save up. My dh has low sperm count, we recently found out.
