So confused!

My husband and I have a 3 year old son who We had no trouble getting pregnant with at all! Started trying again and have been actively trying for 2 years and had a miscarriage last November. I am 35 years old and have just starting seeing a fertility specialist. My periods have always been normal and right on time. (30-31 day cycles). I have had an HSG done and that was normal and I went for my day 21 bloodwork the other day and my progesterone was 0.02 and my estrodiol was 133. The nurse said there was no way I could have ovulated and I am supposed to repeat blood work in a week. Today my cm is really heavy and milky white, I had super light pink spotting this morning when I went to the bathroom and then nothing and now I have cramps. What do these numbers mean and what is going on with my body??? I don’t have my next consult with my doctor for another week and a half and I’m going crazy!
