Implantation bleeding or an early period ???

Implantation bleeding or an early period ??? Me & my fiancé have been trying to conceive for about a year ! Last month I started taking prenatal vitamins & I tracked my ovulation. I started ovulating on the 26th . The 26th & 27th my test came back low . On the 28th & 29th I tested high . On the 30th I was at my “peak”. I am suppose to start my period on the 14th. Later in the evening on the 4th I went to the bathroom & wiped & I noticed some blood . Not a lot but enough to notice & to cover a piece of toilet paper . It was a mixture of pink & brown . I put a pad on & went to bed . When I woke up I checked it & it was very light pink spotting . I had errands to run so I put in a tampon, after a couple hours of running around I used the restroom & there’s was a little blood , red mixed with some brown . I put another one in & just kept track of how much I was spotting . I usually have extremely heavy periods ( saturating a tampon in an 1-2 hours ) & I have unbearable cramps with my period , & all I have is like this tingling sensation in my stomach . This is what the past two tampons have looked like ... has any of you ladies had this happen ???! Really hoping for a BFP soon
