Fertility doctor said I ovulated last night because they didn’t see a follicle
My opks have been negative until tonight. I’m really confused! They took my bloodwork and said they would call if it showed I didn’t ovulate, they didn’t call. How could I ovulate last night, see no follicle on ultrasound today but have a positive opk today. Also have very strong pain on the left side
