I’ve been exclusively BF, but this week introduced one bottle of BM a day to get DS used to a bottle. One month old tomorrow.

At nighttime I usually BF once before bed and twice in middle of night (eg. 9, 12, 3/4). My husband offered to do a nighttime bottle feed this weekend so I can get some sleep.

Any suggestions for the best way to do that? I’m worried about waking up engorged and getting a clogged duct.

I was thinking maybe he could do 12/1am feed and I BF other one. Does that mean I need to pump close to that time? Anyone do nighttime bottle feeds??
