Exercise

Hi everyone! I’m new to this app, I’m totes in love with it and I noticed this nifty little posting page.

So my boyfriend and I just recently started working out at the gym.

I’m really eager to get into shape, I’m 21 years old and have been a bigger girl all my life.

Anyone on here work out often?? Any tips?? Or a great exercise routine to help burn fat that I can stick too for a while??
