Anyone might have any clues as to why my 13 month old is only throwing up at night? She doesn't throw up during the day and seems fine. Then all of a sudden at night she throws up once and then sleeps. (Been like this the past 2 days). She eats just fine and is drinking water and milk. I'm thinking she's lactose intolerant but she doesn't always throw up after drinking milk. (And I didn't give her much milk today). And she isn't gassy nor has diarrhea. Any thoughts? ( I'm making her an appointment with her doctor tomorrow I'm just curious and wonder if any other parents have gone through this and know what it is)
