Periods last Oct 25-30.Had sex last Nov 7,spotting for 3days and this in pic. According to apps have ovulation on Nov 9.I really want to get pregnant, so what's this vaginal discharge in the panty liner 😱 ? Help

I was having a bunch of this at one point and talked to my doctor about watery brown discharge instead of a period and she had a thyroid panel done on me and I had hypothyroidism which can cause abnormal bleeding. I had no other symptoms. I’m not saying that’s what it is bc I’m not a doctor but just let your obgyn know if it happens frequently.
