Can anyone please help me??

I'm not sure why my cycles are always so all over the place. I've been tracking my bbt for a little while, we have been trying for 10 months now and have suffered 4 recurrent miscarriages. Out of all the months we have been trying and I have been tracking, this month I got my first true positive on an opk. This months in the light blue, I just don't understand what is really going on I guess. Any help would be amazing😁😁

You could also get your thyroid checked. Low temperatures can indicate a thyroid issue. And if you do get it checked, ask for your actual numbers. Some doctors say certain levels of within normal range and the next doctor disagrees. Get a second opinion if you need to. Mention your reoccurring miscarriages and low temps if you see a doctor.

So sorry about the miscarriages. There’s a great book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility that can really help explain all the different types of charts and so much more valuable information. Of course you’d have to look into nutrition, stress and exercise as well but you may have already done that. Good luck!
