saw maternal fetal specialist today due to dilated kidneys & umbilical cord issue.

Come to find out. I have 2 placentas 1 baby. The umbilical cord is attached to both placentas and both have blood vessels so have to see specialist every 3-4 weeks to make sure baby girl is growing correctly!

He hopes I’ll be able to deliver vaginally but won’t let anyone in the delivery room cut anything due to both placentas having blood vessels. He said he’s never seen this before and it only happens to 1 and 1,000 women.

Anyone else ever had this happen?
