Rainbow baby. Excited but so scared

In September of this year I went in for my 11 week check up to find out that my baby’s heartbeat stopped beating 3 weeks before that. I was heart broken. I had to have a D&C the following week and then in September I had another surgery to remove the septum in my uterus.. all went great. I had a small little period.. and then yeah.. just got the results that I am pregnant today. Roughly around 3-4 weeks. I am so excited! But I am also so scared to lose another baby.. how do y’all stay positive and cope?
