Advice needed. Sort I will try and keep it as brief as possible......... but it’s a bit of a long story.

I’ve had 10 Mc’s over s 13 year period (including one of unknown location and 2 chemicals). Never been given any answers all of this is after my now 16year old DD. I was told both tubes blocked and put on BC for the pain after my 2013 surgery. But had to come off it due to blood pressure issues last year.

I had another chemical earlier in the year and I questioned how could it be possible. If both tubes really where blocked and mentioned this to my endometriosis consultant who said on my next surgery in July he would check my tubes. Well the left is now open and flowing freely??? I was quite mad I had wasted precious ttc years (I’m now 39). Anyway back to my recurrent miscarriage clinic who re ran the routine bloods. And to see what my protocol would be. All are normal except 1 the ‘Anticardiolipin antibody’ is elevated with a number of 52! From what I can briefly find out from google it’s something that has been routinely tested for in recurrent miscarriage for years. So I guess my question is how can they have missed this before? Or is it something I’ve only just developed? And what protocol is anyone on for this?

Honestly I’m floored I forgot to ask loads of questions. They gave me another test today to make sure it wasn’t a one off. (Pic in comments)

And said I can take aspirin ‘if I want to’ whilst ttc and once I get a bfp to ring them and be taught how to inject myself with heparin. I’m so worried about it all I forgot to ask if steroids would be needed. He said he doesn’t believe in giving progesterone.

I’m also 15dpo with negative tests and bbt still above the cover line. They did a test on their machine and that was negative as well. Dr it’s saidif no af in 3/4 days retest. I’ve been taking aspirin this cycle anyway (off my own back. And nytol (uk’s Benadryl) since 3dpo. Should I stop? I just don’t know what to do 😫. Sorry for the mega long post x
