Normal?

I’m
About 7 weeks pregnant with twins. I’ve been having some mild lower back cramps on and off. Second pregnancy. Is this normal? Also I’ve been feeling nauseous at night 😩 anyone else?

Yess I get back cramps sometimes too. And I feel you on the nausea at night that’s when it hits me the most. I basically throw up my dinner always 😩🤮

Aww twins! 💕💕😍😍 so adorable! I’m not carrying twins but i do get lower back pains and super nauseous at night too. But that’s if I overeat. (Recently found out i have to eat smaller meals) maybe try eating smaller meals. And about the pain! Ugh idk and laying down sometimes doesn’t help. I did try prenatal yoga and it helped a lot! But I try to be careful with that I have a friend that had a miscarriage after doing that and she was 5 months. So be careful if you try that. For me it worked well with my back pain.
