Are bath safe while pregnant?

I know you can’t be in a hot tub but I take a HOT bath. Is there a difference??

I went into a hot tub while I was pregnant. Less than 10 mins coz I couldn’t deal with the heat.

I hve baths twice a week , I have a thermometer and make sure it’s around 37 or lover to stick around body temperature

I read as long as it’s not hotter than your normal body temp then it’s fine. I love bath bombs so I’ve still been taking baths, I just use a thermometer and make sure the water isn’t crazy hot.

Baths generally cool down - it’s not like a constant temperature, which is more concerning. Keep your body temp from rising too much. Generally as long as your skin isn’t turning all red, and you aren’t sweating, its probably ok

Just don't let your body temp rise. So it can be hot, just not HOT. And not completely submerged so your body stays at a level temp
