Fear of getting out my house

I’m hearing about all these shootings and it’s making me not want to go anywhere at all not even to stores or target or even work.... does anyone get anxiety about being somewhere and gettin killed or its just me?... we shouldn’t have to fear about living our life and going anywhere we want but what’s been happening lately on the news about these shootings is making me scared shitless to go outside 😢lord protect us🙏🏻
