Worried about exercising

So I found out im pregnant 2 weeks ago and today i should be 7 weeks. Im very active person, going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week and doing back to back classes I.e. circuits, spin, fat burn. Hill walking even though I have a desk job. However this morning i went to the gym and I haven't been since I found out... starting to feel worried and guilty. Is it okay to continue to exercise? Worried about miscarriage. My first midwife appointment is Monday so just looking for a bit of advice as there is so much information online...much appreciated Thank J x
