Has anybody have Dsp or spd?

So i just recently found out i have one of them( can’t remember, baby brain) and i was just wondering how you go managing to pain and day to day life with it?

Yeah I have it. Was diagnosed at 31 weeks. I'm 37 weeks now and the pain has actually subsided. I just avoided walking long distances and they say you should sit down to put your pants on instead of putting your weight all on one leg.

I have spd and the chiropractor as well as a maternity support brace have been my life savers!

I have SPD and I am pretty pathetic waddling around.

I have spd and nothing helps it just gets worse and worse every day until baby comes.
