Cyst or follicle ?

At baseline I had a 14mm follicle. My estrogen level is 39 so I am confused if it’s a follicle or cyst? The doctor didn’t mention it while I was there and when the nurse called to tell me I can start I asked her what the follicle sizes were and she told me. I obviously asked her if she was concerned and she said no and if the doctor was she wouldn’t allow you to start meds. I am waiting for her to call me back to explain but I am really nervous and anxious.
