Can’t Sleep😰

I’ve had a really stressful week and it’s beginning to affect my sleep schedule. It’s almost 7:30am where I live and I’m still wide awake. I don’t have to be at work until 4:30pm and I know I have plenty of time to sleep before I need to get ready, but I’m still anxious about sleeping. I slept a lot yesterday and took my melatonin when I went to bed and it isn’t working. I don’t feel drowsy, but not sleepy. Wha my can I do to kind of lull myself to sleep?
